As the management arm of the MOFAZ group, one of Kumpulan Mofaz’s most vital role is overseeing the development, improvement and implementation of accounting and finance system and policies, to ensure that the Group flourishes in a healthy financial state.  Through professional monitoring, coordinating, reviews and analysis which are periodically reported to the Board of Directors, we also act as a platform in bridging the ‘Expectations Gap’ between management and the workforce.

Other than the above-mentioned primary roles, Kumpulan Mofaz’s financial duties also include:
